Instructions
- Combine broth and water, bring to almost boil. Add tarhana, mix well for five minutes while water keeps heating.
- Meanwhile, fry onion in olive oil. Add oregano and cayenne pepper while frying.
- Add hot red pepper paste, tomato sauce and chopped tomatoes.
- Add spices, bring to a boil, stir to combine for five minutes.
- Add pasta (al dente time) or meatballs (10 minutes) if desired.
