Instructions
- Boil potatoes and eggs in a large pot for 20 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
- Meanwhile, combine one large chopped onion into yogurt. Add some black pepper, sumac, lemon juice and olive oil to taste. Soak for 30 minutes.
- Peel eggs and potatoes, roughly chop.
- Combine with sauce and top with parsley and red pepper flakes.
