Ingredients

  • 8-10 potatoes
  • 6-8 eggs
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • 2 C yogurt
  • black pepper, to taste
  • sumac, to taste
  • lemon juice, to taste
  • olive oil, to taste
  • 1/4 C fresh parsley, chopped
  • red pepper flakes, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes and eggs in a large pot for 20 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
  2. Meanwhile, combine one large chopped onion into yogurt. Add some black pepper, sumac, lemon juice and olive oil to taste. Soak for 30 minutes.
  3. Peel eggs and potatoes, roughly chop.
  4. Combine with sauce and top with parsley and red pepper flakes.
