Ingredients

  • 8 russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 C milk, warm
  • 1/4 C butter
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Cover and bring to a boil; cook for 20-25 minutes or until very tender. Drain well.
  2. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper; mash until light and fluffy.
