Ingredients

  • 1 C cooked rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 bell peppers, green, minced
  • 1 C milk
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1/2 C fresh pasrley, minced
  • 1 C cheese, grated
  • 1/4 C olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together everything EXCEPT olive oil. Put in 7” round baking dish. Pour olive oil around the edge. Bake for 60 minutes.
