Ingredients
- 3 1/2 C water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 C quick-cooking oats
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp cinnamon-sugar
- 1 C dried cranberries
- 1/4 C walnuts, chopped and toasted
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, bring water and salt to a boil. Stir in oats. Cook 1 minute over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat; stir in sugar and vanilla. Top servings with cinnamon-sugar, cranberry sauce and walnuts.
