Ingredients

  • 1 salmon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Lemony - lemon pepper, parsley, white pepper
  • Hearty - oregano, dill, garlic powder, parsley, cumin (small amount)
  • Herby - basil, oregano, rosemary, marjoram, lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. In a glass pan, place ~1tbsp olive oil, salmon filet, then spread oil around to cover the skin of the salmon. Pour + rub in ~1tbsp olive oil into the meat of the salmon.
  3. Add spices + salt/pepper. Potential combinations: Lemony: lemon pepper, parsley, white pepper (optional) Hearty: oregano, dill, garlic powder, parsley, cumin (small amount) Herby: basil, oregano, rosemary, marjoram, lemon juice
  4. Bake 15-20 minutes. Check for doneness by depressing fish; meat should only deflect 1mm or so.
